I want to reuse the code, and QuickGraph has many great algorithms.

Also  QuickGraph supports GraphViz, but it has no Layout.

OK, I think I know your meaning.

Graphviz4net is just for graphviz, not considering with normal graph algorithms. -- so that it will not be too complex.

Yes, that's true, but if you want to use QuickGraph in WPF application, you can use Graph#, right? What would integration of QuickGraph with Graphviz4Net bring that Graph# doesn't have?
