Running the DotRunnerLogDecorator in a write-protected directory causes an IO exception

description

DotRunnerLogDecorator writes a couple of temporary .dot files as part of the processing pipeline. By the current design, these are written to the current directory, and if the current directory is write protected, like the GAC or Program Files, this fails with an IOException. It is better to use the environment-defined temporary path for temporary files.
